Suzanne has been with firm for 17 years having completed her training with the firm, Suzanne is based in our Whitehaven office; in April 2018 Suzanne was appointed a Director of the firm. Suzanne obtained her degree from the reputed University of Nottingham and returned to her West Cumbrian roots to continue her professional career.
Suzanne’s focus lies in dealing with commercial property transactions including sales, purchases and mortgages. This also includes dealing with commercial new build developments. Suzanne has a repertoire of repeat clients who are impressed by Suzanne’s focus on concluding matters in a timely matter whilst ensuring legal matters are covered and her clients are fully protected. Suzanne has experience in assisting companies in their property transactions to ensure any additional requirements are covered. All this is done in a clear and jargon free manner.
Suzanne is able to guide her clients in relation to leasehold transactions and at the outset makes a conscientious effort to discuss and ensure terms are agreed to avoid delay and additional costs further down the line.
Suzanne also handles agricultural property matters and has managed transactions for some of the largest farms in West Cumbria, Suzanne prides herself on ensuring that her client is fully informed throughout the process. Suzanne is highly respected by local land agents in this regard.
Whilst not in the office Suzanne can be found “at the stables” practising for her next round of showjumping; a look around Suzanne’s office clearly reveals her passion.
