We have very experienced family law team who can take instructions from children and guardians in relation to Care Proceedings. We also act for and advise parents, grandparents and other relatives in relation to the Orders the court can make.

Child Arrangement
We can advise couples who are separating, in relation to private law disputes regarding children.
This can be in relation to where the children will live (formally Residence Orders), Shared Care arrangements or spending time with orders, which covers arrangements for the children to see their parent they do not live with (formally contact orders)
