Beth Gaskell


Born and brought up in West Cumbria, Beth left the area in 2013 to study Law at the University of Leeds. She graduated in July 2016 with a 2:1.

Beth joined the Firm’s Family Department in October 2016 and is currently undertaking the Legal Practice Course part-time to enable her to qualify as a solicitor in 2019.  Beth works alongside an experienced family team and assists with:

Divorce and Financial matters.

Beth has experience dealing with high net worth individuals, and also dealing with pensions from various employers including Sellafield, the NHS and Cumbria County Council.

Children Act applications in relation to who a child/children should live with and when they spend time with the non resident parent, and other specific issues including Declarations of parentage and Change of Name deeds.

In her spare time Beth enjoys going to the gym, cooking and watching rugby.
